Generative AI has the possibility of generating hallucinations. (confident, misleading responses that occur when AI predicts patterns based on training data rather than facts) However, our process specifically only provide summaries based on the materials provided which limit those chances. If you provide transcript(s), we will summarize ONLY those transcripts.

Fortz's deposition summaries can reduce labor costs and increase turnaround times which can lead to improved profit margins for law firms and in-house legal departments.

Client data & transcripts are not used to train any models. Summaries are run in private containers under Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services and have no communication with LLMs.

Clients' data will never be used to train models or sold to third party vendors. We partner with CaseMark to prioritize and protect clients' security and privacy.

Data is not publicly available and is used only for the requested summary. Data is automatically deleted 30 days after upload, or can be manually deleted at any time.
